To ensure that the people we employ meet our high standards , we have a rigorous selection process. Before in-home health care givers can become employed with Connect Home Care and begin caring for clients, every one of them must go through:

Training & Continuing Education
Once an in-home health care giver meets our strict selection process criteria, its just the beginning. First of all Connect Home Care-givers are insured and bonded . Then, each care givers goes through a comprehensive orientation process. Our Certified program provides on going, specialized training that ensures that our in-home health care givers understand the standards of care expected.
